We used to love to do interior tile of just about any kind, but these days, it helps to keep the job small. Repairs and install of floors, backsplashes, kitchen, bath, hallway, laundry; You pick it out, we'll put it in or make it right.

There are many licensed plumbers who do great work, but often we can handle the task without calling in the big (re: expensive) guns. Appliance installs, tub and sink hardware, water heaters, move or add water and drain lines are all things we can take care of.

Light fixtures, fans, chandeliers, switches, outlets, dimmers, breakers, circuits, heaters, add or move lines, etc. On the low voltage side we do home networking, vacuum, traditional and internet doorbells and vidcams, home theater installs including shelving, wiring and room acoustics optimization.

Light carpentry, like upgrades for baseboard, cap and shoe, crown, chair rail, bar rail, door and window casing and locks, paneling, lapboard, cabinet installs, furniture assembly, door and window installs, wood refinishing, and repairs for stairwells, drywall, caulk, furniture, and indoor/outdoor masonry, and rotted windows, sills, and door casing.

Mechanical stuff breaks, and many times it's not necessary to run out and replace it. Sometimes it just needs a little maintenance or a look inside to see if what's broken can practically be removed and replaced.

Let us handle all of your home maintenance. We can take care of or install your appliances, sink and tub drains, HVAC filters, water heater(s), vacuums and fridge cleaning, light bulbs, dryers vents, etc. We also do small pressure-wash jobs.
